Two hours, hands-on, on real modules - tailored to your level. Tim brings gear to suit the group.

Add sequencing and modulation until the patch plays itself.

Who teaches it
Tim - trained as a composer of electronic music at the Utrecht conservatory, built generative audio for games, played live sets at underground raves, and is a lifelong modular-synth obsessive. He also builds software for a living, so he's good at getting people from zero to something that actually works.

Do I need my own gear?+
No - everything is provided. Tim brings modules chosen to suit the group's level.
Do I need experience?+
Yes. This one's for people who already make music and understand the basics of synthesis (oscillators, filters, envelopes). New to all that? Start with the Ableton workshop.
Why only two people?+
Modular is hands-on and the hardware is limited - two people means real time on the gear and full attention.
Should I bring a laptop?+
Not needed - this is all hardware. Bring one if you'd like to record your ideas.
